South London x South Seattle meets again as Muslim Belal and Essam collaborate on another project titled "Family." This piece highlights the beauty and unity in our communities despite being from different geographical locations and cultures. We may not be of the same lineage, but what ties us together is our bond in faith as Muslim Belal states in his verse. Both artists touch on their personal journeys and experiences on how faith has been a significant part of their lives which helped them build on their purpose in this life. Serving the Ummah through creativity by using their talents to inspire and remind each other that when we get to know each other, we start to understand each other, and love grows. This is what family is all about with the foundation of Allah. If one part of the body hurts, the whole body feels the pain. We are One body, One Ummah, and One family.

I don’t know is it too late or not, but, just raise your hands to the sky and try to say something like “O God, praise to you, please forgive me and guide me, and let me be one of Your righteous slaves”. of course - go to the closest mosque. Don’t be afraid (ignore all stereotypes, Islam is perfect, Muslims are not). Also I recommend you to watch some videos of Omar Suleiman, Mufti Menk, Nouman Ali Khan, Bilal Assad. May Allah guide you.
