We are from East Pakistan , now Bangladesh . Here also the Hindus have temple but very badly maintained . Very heartening to seeing this Shiv temple in Sialkot so well maintained in spite of the fundamentalists .

The original ancient name of siyalkot is shvalaya ka rath (rath means chariot or vehicles) also" siya "means sita who is wife (godess) of lord shriram Siyal means mother sita with lord laxman (brother of lord Ramji) for her protection who bult fort - kot Siyalkot is actually A fort bult by laxmanji for mata sita which is very important and pilgrim place for Hindus

Thanks for the video. These great temples are heritage of Pakistan and every Pakistani irrespective of religion should feel proud at buildings such great civilisation. Arabs tribals might not have taken pride in their pre Islamic heritage as they were kind of tribals , Muslims of this subcontinent inherit one of the finest greatest civilisation on earth and should own it and respect it. Changing religion does not change your forefathers and culture. Hope we all will have this level of maturity. Almost all Muslims are ex-Hindus and we have coin forefathers to respect and feel proud.

Let's please improve your knowledge - 1500 years ago, according to the instructions of the holy Quran and the words of the prophet hajrat Muhammad saheb ,islam had made the laws of *'DHIMMI"* in hadees. According to this law, non muslims living in a Muslim country will have complete religious freedom and the government will be responsible for security of its places of worship. In compliance with this rule of hadees the Pakistani govnment bears the responsibility of protecting and repairing the churches and temples there. Please don't blame islam .

11.25. Beti ji, your dates are all over the place. Partition took place in 1947. My Father lived through it in Punjab.Demolition of temples due to religious intolerance became rampant after this date.. Iss ke `allaver purana mandir hum ko dekhaney le liye bahut shookriar ji.
