As far as I know there are no state run govt medical colleges which are muslim minority. Only central institutes like AMU. Rest all muslim minority colleges are private. Back when i did my MBBS in 2005 , there was still some tab on the maximum fees they could charge to students coming from merit quota. My fees was 30k per annum under minority quota. What they are charging now is exorbitant.
