India never had this culture. Brahmin and their khestriya slaves kept everybody from learning anything and practising anything. Still now, only brahmin are priests in all temples. And caste Hindus are proud of this caste system, citing it's best if every one does work assigned to them. Keep ongoing the cherry for themselves and making slaves out of others. So yeah indian culture of racism casteism discrimination is very alive and kicking.
