A layman's example, would be as follows: In the work place, Musims ask for Prayer time, which forces Non Muslims to work an extra hour of the work day. No other groups, i.e., Jews, christians, Buddists, Hindus, etc., ask and litigate for these special privlidges. only Muslims, that is imposing Sharia Law over Constitutional Law, hence " SUBJUGATION" of Non Muslims in a constitutional democracy.

Cant find a case of Hossain vs Malik other than batting records lol. OBaida doesnt seem relevant. Chaudry vs Chaudry is interesting but again not relevant. There is litteraly 2 pages when googling Tarikanda vs Pinjari. Karson vs Soleimani on the other hand is also very interesting but more relevant to a discussion about bribery in courts not imposing sharia law or Muslim privilege. Which by the way you are misrepresenting, Muslims having prayer time doesn't 'force' non-Muslims to work more hours, only do what they agreed to do. Not that I agree with it but it is essentially what smokers do every day anyway, they have the privilege of taking a smoke break, or are you implying that smokers are subjugating the non-smokers? When Kim Davis took the oath of office and fulfilled her position homosexual "marriage" was NOT even allowed in her state. She had no idea that she would ever be forced to commit actions that are clearly against what God said is acceptable or even normal (Romans 1:26-27). So no one can reasonably tell her to simply get another job if she opposes the blasphemy of God's Word since it was not an issue when she began her position. However, anyone with even the slightest intelligence knows that when you apply for a job as a beer delivery driver you will probably be delivering beer.
