He doesn’t accept the moral source of what is written about the prophet when the book tells him that the prophet is greatest example of mankind, a contradiction. The book says to accept the gospel and Torah as they are in the time of the prophet, that word can’t be corrupted, but the book contradicts the gospel and the Torah in many ways.

God promises of a free gift of salvation that isn't earned by works. The Bible upholds the treatment of women with equality and protection. Read Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. Islam was established in the 7th Century in the city of Mecca, with Mahammad being the founder, with a following 1.5 billion. He admitted to living an imperfect life, is still dead, and recognizes that Jesus is sinless, was born of a virgin, and a worker of miracles, but didn't believe in His divinity. The religion says God cannot be known and that Allah cannot be attributed with humanlike qualities. Why follow a detached God who can't be known and who takes no interest in being involved in your life? The Qu'ran was revealed to Muhammad and was written over a 23 year period. Islam acknowledges that certain parts of the Bible is also God inspired, like the Torah, Psalms, and Gospels. If this is true, then it would seem interesting that these parts contradicts that Muhammad should be followed. The Gospel contradicts the Qu'ran in that Jesus is both the savior and the way, the truth, and the life. Read this passage from Surah Al- Ma'idah [5:110], which is what was said about Jesus being known as a prophet: [The Day] when Allah will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, remember My favor upon you and upon your mother when I supported you with the Pure Spirit and you spoke to the people in the cradle and in maturity; and [remember] when I taught you writing and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and when you designed from clay [what was] like the form of a bird with My permission, then you breathed into it, and it became a bird with My permission; and you healed the blind and the leper with My permission; and when you brought forth the dead with My permission; and when I restrained the Children of Israel from [killing] you when you came to them with clear proofs and those who disbelieved among them said, "This is not but obvious magic." It can stand to believe, then, if in the book it says that someone else can do the works of God, that you should follow that person. You have to earn salvation through strict obedience to the laws, such as fasting, prayer, pilgrimage to Mecca, giving alms and Jihad. It leaves one with an uncertainty of it, except if you die as a martyr by killing non-Muslims. Men are allowed to have 4 wives. Women are inferior to men, and many of their prophets believe that women will make up the majority of the population going to hell.
