As a child until about the age of 7, I lived in Ethiopia. I remember every year on the day of "sigd", which means a day of worship/prayer to the God of Israel, which falls 50 days after Yom Kippur, we go up a high mountain and are asked to pray in the direction of the sunrise to Jerusalem, a day taken from the time of Ezra and Nehemiah when they returned from Babylon. It symbolized for us: first, maintaining our Jewishness and remembering the God of Israel and not assimilating with the Gentiles, second, unity in the people of Israel, and third, remembering Jerusalem and praying for the peace of Jerusalem. In general, our grandparents always prayed in the direction of Jerusalem every single day.

The Qur'an references Surah Al-Baqarah (2:79), it says: "Woe to those who write the Scripture with their own hands, and then say, 'This is from Allah,' in order to exchange it for a small price. Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they earn."

The Holy Land of Canaan (Israel) in the Quran. 1. In Quran 5:20 God gave you (the children of Israel) what God had not given to anyone else in the world (the Holy land of Canaan) and said "O my people (the children of Israel), enter the Holy Land (Canaan) which God has given to you in Quran 5:21.

2. The Quran confirms the Torah. Deuteronomy 30:3 so that the LORD your God will bring back your exiles (to Jerusalem), and He (God) will have mercy on you (the exiled children of Israel). He (God) will again gather you (the exiled children of Israel) from all the nations, where the LORD your God had scattered you.

3. The Quran confirms Tanakh Jewish scripture. Ezekiel 37:21 And (Prophet Ezekiel Zulkifl) say to them, so says the Lord God: “Behold I (God) will take the children of Israel from among the nations where they have gone, and I (God) will gather them from every side, and I (God) will bring them to their land.”

4. The Quran confirms Tanakh Jewish scripture. Ezekiel 37:22 “And I (God) will make them into one nation in the land on the mountains of Israel, and one king shall be to them all as a king; and they shall no longer be two nations (Judah and Israel), neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms (the southern Kingdom of Judah and the northern Kingdom of Israel) anymore.”

5. The Tanakh and the Quran foretell a final battle between Israel and those called Gog who reject what God told Gog and Magog in the Torah and the Quran.

Zechariah 13:6-9 King James Version 6 And one shall say unto him, What are these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends. 7 Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the Lord of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones. 8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the Lord, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. 9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God. CORRECT ME?

The attribute about truth, however, is that it will ALWAYS find a way toward its discovery no matter what vain man does because God is on the Throne in complete control. He is both Truth (I AM) and Love (I AM), Father and Son, with a single Spirit they share that binds them as One God.

It was once thought that the Garden of Eden was north ( in a Turk valley ) near a Chemical Refinary , but now the best estimate is that it's in the ( very ) South of Iraq where sattalite Imagery seems to indicate an Ancient meeting of the Tigerous , Euphrates , ( and another Ancient River bed )!

If I'm not mistaken, there are both a mosque (Al Aqsa) and a shrine (Dome of the Rock) on the Temple Mount. Is that correct? I'll look it up. I'm glad I watched this. I am careful about the sources from which I get Torah knowledge because I am not Jewish, but I do make the effort to live according to the seven Noahide 'mitzvot'. I recently acquired a copy of BRIT SHALOM by Rabbi Oury Cherki. Judging from all the letters of approval from Rabbis, it must be a good book for the non-Jewish 'b'nei noahh'. I am not interested in that organization's prayerbook, BRIT OLAM, because I prefer to read from Tehillim in order to know how David haMelekh prayed and as a preparation for my own heartfelt prayers. Is that an acceptable practice for a non-Jew who both fears and loves Hashem? I will remember that order for prayers: praise, requests, and thanks. I wish you continued success and true prosperity.

The trick is considering judaism as a religion of God while it has never been a religion of God. Why ?.. Because there is no such religion named "judaism" in the message carried by Moses nor in the Torah. So where does the name "judaism" and "Jews" came from ?!.. Simple !.. The Root of the word "judaism" and "Jewish" came from the name of the tribe of Judah who was the 4th son of Jacob and the name of Judah was always linked to the biggest sinners among the children of Israël.!.. So judaism is a connexion to the tribe of Judah. By the way all prophets and messengers among israélites were from the tribe of Joseph and the tribe of Levy !!!

Never heard of Yehuda being a sinner. They were all rightious, and G-d judges the rightious with extremely high expectations. As Moses was severely punished for hitting the rock instead of speaking. But G-d is very forgiving and they may have sinned but repented. We still can return, and repent.

@AmirBenguigui 2nd statement Jews only hold of the Torah not new Testament. First part if you learn with jewish commentary Yehuda decided to sell him that actually saved him because the others wanted to kill him, they wanted to kill him because they thought he was making things up or thought he was disrespectful to their father by saying even their father will bow to him as the dream was interpreted. And yehudah repented when they finally take Binyomin down with them to Egypt during the famine He told Yaakov he will watch out personally for Binyamin. And when Yosef accuses Binyomin of stealing his wine cup he sticks up for him says imprison me instead.

Shortly before the Byzantines took the area back five years later in 615, the Persians gave control to the Christian population, who tore down the partially built Jewish Temple edifice and turned it into a garbage dump, which is what it was when the Rashidun Caliph Umar took the city in 637….. After abandoning it long ago you now want it back?
@yperkin101620 күн бұрын
It was Rabbainu Bustani who recaptured the City from the Byzantines ( allied with muslims, and had been agreed) ...the Muslim leader built the "Preserving Building of the Rock for his Jewish Allies ! And , the Jews wanted this as thier recovered Sacred Site and as the beginning of the Rebuilding of The Holy Temple...and offered Sacrifices and Lit a Menorah ; with Olive Oil! Many years Later, another there arose Arab leader who chased out the Jews from their one Holiest site!

In the OT Jesus Christ was foreshadowed, His soon reign, Examples of these are 1. The Temple- The Second Temple was prophesied to be more glorious than the first, but instead referred to Jesus, who rebuilt the destroyed Temple in three days, and who by His death, burial and resurrection on the third day, shows He is the Temple, not built by hands. 2. The sacrificial lamb- Jesus was the fulfillment of the sacrificial Lamb of God. 3. The bridegroom- Jesus was the fulfillment of the sacrificial lamb 4. The annual feasts- The Feast of Unleavened Bread foreshadowed Jesus’ life separated from sin, He is sinless, as in verse Isaiah 53:9 KJV 9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth. This verse states that Jesus was pure, and truthful, no lies came from his mouth! When He said He was the Son of God! Amen 5. Isaiah ‘s titles- Isaiah gave the future Messiah the titles “Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father and Prince of Peace”. 6. The lives of prophets- The lives of many ancient prophets foreshadowed Jesus Christ 7. The principal of justice- The principal of justice in which someone pays for a damaged field with an equal amount from their own possessions foreshadowed Jesus’ role as a substitute, propitiation, atonement, to pay the penalty for sins, for us forever, once we believe the Gospel message in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV and trust in His shed blood for the atonement for all our sins. The New Testament records these fulfillment of these prophecies and promises. Jesus quoted from the OT throughout his Ministry in the synagogues. There are more than 300 prophecies about Jesus Christ in the OT!

I'm not muslim. But at 2:42 you said "Jerusalem is mentioned over 700 times in the Torah". That is simply not true. According to Gemini AI, Jerusalem appears 806 times in the Bible and 660 times in the Old Testament. Jerusalem is not mentioned in the Torah, but referred to ONCE in the time of Abraham as Salem. Not Jerusalem.
