Thank you for keeping up the momentum of posting this show daily. I enjoy the professionals far more than the amateurs.

To those who critic Gregg first he is the host he can say a bits of pieces but still the chef/host is or have something to say on the final remarks. Gregg is just a respectful bloke as it can be to the Michelin star chef and he always critic his self too that he is just love to eat only and happy when he tasted good food. He is also in the restaurant business so I know he have ideas and knows food also have high standard though his restaurant closes already still he surely learned from that experience. The guy is only humbled by the food he eats nothings wrong with that so please stop criticizing or critiquing him. He begin from a humble beginning and I feel he is a nice guy down to earth and respectful to MRJR.

A plain baguette with the mussels would be just fine, to mop up the sauce. Some butter to spread on it - lovely.

He’s got this perpetual cockeyed optimism. 😂 He’s like a 1950s film noir character. He just needs a fedora and half smoked cigar and he’d be the bees knees. 😂

Pressure when it gets to you anything can go wrong! I remember my head chef and the executive chef as well as supervisor of the lounge is there while I am putting together those afternoon teas sandwiches I was shaking even I know how to do it but there is time required to send out those orders by vip in the 5 star hotel that I am working before.the timer the higher people who’s looking while your preparing it will give you a very shaken hands and rattled your precision and how to put exactly those food on the plate!

I have no issue with the plain baguette. It’s something to mop up all that sauce. You can’t exactly drink the stuff off the plate in a Michelin Starred restaurant.

He was: when Daniel got it right he aced it. He did make mistakes though. Neil also aced some dishes and also made mistakes. He even got me doubting that Daniel would sail through. Mark was clearly not at the 2 others' standards but I guess Michel & Gregg said it was close between the 3, i.e. including Mark too, so as to not ruin his career.

Has he never ever just made a pancake? It’s thin and flexible. I know you are nervous but it’s something every mom makes probably every couple of days.

It is surprising to me how different the UK version of Masterchef is comparing to edition from other countries. It is so grim, from the music, thru the editing, to the faces of the contestants and the judges. It’s the only cooking show that doesn’t make me hungry.

I'm not a cook. But I can cook pancake/crepe. I flip them and I don't burn them. The 3 guys who messed their pancakes are professional chefs, right?

I can’t believe children are allowed to go to work at age 13 in the UK. Seems way too young. I’m old, but when I was growing up in the US, I couldn’t get a job until I was 16.

I think child labor laws are the most strict in the USA, of all countries. When they were made, the government was more concerned w/ education.

I enjoy this program. While I sometimes enjoy programs on food Network I tired of fake situations by the cooks, the crying over missing their families due to filming, yet they left their families to come film (most shows are shot in two to three weeks every day not weekly) I just like simple cooking shows about cooking not the history of the chef from the git go.

It makes me cringe - the judges are so precise and the standards so very very high but the subtitles are beyond pathetic = mispelt wrong words wrong descriptions and sometimes absolutely pathetic. I would expect the prefection and attention to detail that Masterchef require to be applied to the whole experience - including the You tube presentation,

It’s funny but I have been doing my rather specific carpentry job for 15 years now, and iv been a carpenter for over 30, I cannot teach new guys though as when I am watched or talking and working things go wrong, you have to be professional to enter the competition AND be a professional to even understand the guts it takes to enter, mocking from the sidelines? Easy
