Most characteristic, poetic, dramatic and passionate performance ever! Not just playing the score, showing how the music has to be played. There are many good recordings and performances of this masterpiece but no one is truly acting and showing each character in one’s own way. For about 33 minutes, I was at the Exhibition with fantasies and imagination came from the pictures and paintings. Juan is unique genius Artist.

Una de esas obras que no es solo pianística, de ahí su posible orquestación por Ravel, porque tiene tantos colores. Me ha encantado, es una de las mejores interpretaciones que he escuchado, el pedal no es sencillo en los últimos cuadros, aunque la famosa editorial Henle enmarque a estos cuadros en un nivel total de 7, sin embargo, la exigencias interpretativas, la fantasía con los pedales para las resonancias instrumentales, superan las espectativas.
