I like how Maria places her fingers on the disc however one thing she didn't mention that she might not even be thinking about is how her indexfinger on the underside of the rim actually helps keep the "base" of her grip at full width (basically almost as wide as her palm instead of a few fingers tucked together) which is probably why she feels it helps to "pop" the disc out as it allows the thumb and the rest of her fingers to press into the disc more without risking the disc rolling over in her grip. Personally I mostly pushputt (a bit of "spush" in there) but my grip is really similar though I use it mostly for guidance as I want most of the power to come from the legs.

I can palm a men's basketball so it took me quite awhile to find my grip. The deeper rimmed putters are my jam. Thumb placement is very important too IMO. To me, when I have thumb too far down I tend to "overgrip" the putter. It spins out of control when that happens. And of course, finding your pinch point. You fire everything, not just fingers, but where thumb pinches too.
