I’m in my mid sixties, healthy, never sick, slim 6ft. Dark chocolate and Greek yoghurt are the only ones on the list l eat. After that predominantly red meat every day, about 30 eggs a week, only veg l might eat are peas. Fruit, an apple a day and occasionally strawberries and oranges. Also didn’t have the jab, so lm healthier than the other 90% in my age group. And other age groups.

Hi… Don’t forget the granberries…(nice and low in sucker) Also i would like to swab out the salmon for herring and sardines. Salmon is mostly farmed and less ‘clean’ as it looks.

Salmon fished in open waters only please…salmon coming from salmon farms MUST be avoided at all costs.check thanks to videos regarding this subject. Same with green coming from the industry. But organic food can be expensive too, that is the main issue. For those who get a chance to own a piece of land, better off to produce your own greens and fruits, not to mention eggs coming from our friends the chicken. Take care all of you Writing from the other side of the pond…Europe
