Good afternoon sir!! Your videos are very informative and have been serving as a constant source of motivation. I have worked in a startup for 10 months and was later put into PIP and lost my job which had severe effect on my self confidence. I have been searching for jobs from then and didn't get a job. Now I have more than 1 year of career gap. Being in PIP was a draining experience and career gap is additional burden now. I have already seen a video on PIP in your channel previously but could you please address these points in your next videos if possible what to do when you are in PIP? what are the next immediate steps after losing job in PIP ? how to answer why have you left your previous company ? Am I fit to work in corporate if I am once put into PIP or should chose other jobs? Can we reveal that we have been in PIP to potential employer or colleagues in future ? How to answer if questions were raised regarding PIP in the interview ?
