Jewel and muted soft tones of any color (deep to light) will always be in style and is classic. Bold, bright colors (neon and juvenile powdery pastel colors) are not worth spending a lot of $ on . Save all your camel items. They come around every autumn season.

Imo, the best investment is to learn your color season and invest in pieces that are in colors that harmonize with your own coloring and make you shine. For me as a light spring, pastels are actually a great investment

It's great to know that finally navy is trending. It's always been perceived as a traditional, boring colour, yet it pairs brilliantly with bright colours. I actually think it's more versatile than black, because black tends to only look really good with shades of white and other neutral colours.

Trending only means what is easily findable (is that a word?) in stores. As others have commented, always wear colors that flatter your skin and hair, especially the best shade.

As far as clothing goes, I don’t think colors go out of style. Yes, a harvest gold kitchen is looking dated. If you have a sweater in harvest gold, I don’t think omg that is dated. The key is, only buy colors that you like. The you will be happy if it’s trending or not.

Pale pink looks like death on me same as most yellow. I love pale pink on most people. I actually thought your top was pale pink and thought it was beautiful on you. My husband hates the neon colors . I did not buy any….not because of him, but because I knew they would not last. I am glad the regular brown color will still be around. Thanks Anna..I did not know you all got snow. My brother has a home in NC. He is used to driving in Michigan but he says when it snows in NC people go crazy, so he stays home. 😂 Our yard has turned from ice to snow on top and now mud…it’s awful. I don’t care if almond milk color is in and white white is out. You should always wear colors that compliment and make your skin glow, not what’s trending. Everyone should have their colors analyzed by professionals. Wearing wrong colors, on your clothes and hair, can age you and make you looking less than a better version of yourself.

I agree wholeheartedly. At a minimum people should know if they better suite cold or warm colour, but figuring out one’s best colours makes a big different, I do get excited when a colour that suites me is trending though 😊

The colour that suits me best, and allows me to shine: RED! When it was trending, I stocked up on a variety of red clothes and accessories. Now, if I need a major lift, I dress top to toe in red, and go out and about feeling alive and very confident. One of the best therapies I can think of!😊

I love the first color, the cream or beige. I do not look good in bright white and I do not look good in black. So those are two basic colors that everybody says we need to have and they just don’t look good on me.

Hello from Finland! For us, snow is a usual thing, snow and frost. But this winter there is almost no snow, but ice everywhere and it is incredibly slippery. And it is constantly raining... I really like dark blue and cashew color. I hope to buy something in these colors.

Cashmere milk looks great on you. That butter color is pretty but hard to wear unless you're a spring. But you might be able to wear a deeper yellow with mustard tones. - Artist, former costume designer and dept. store dress buyer

I love navy! About 5 years ago i started replacing black with navy. This looks so much better on me. I generally do not look great in pastels, they wash me out. I prefer bolder colors. Yes to burgundy, greenish yellow, brown and beige.

Unfortunately, my skin IS pale pink so I can't wear that near my face, as bottoms sure. And because my skin is pale pink, it looks pinker when I wear pale yellow! I agree both are beautiful and I hope who can pull them off, rocks them for us. Been happy about the dark reds and browns, and super happy about the navy.

This was a good one! I'm already on board for pale pink, martini olive, and espresso brown. Oh, and that cashew milk is GORGeous! Colors I was never that interested in - bordeaux, navy (only in very dark shades). Butter Yellow is ok in small doses. I can completely skip the "out" colors neon and Barbie pink, but I do agree on the caramel - that is a classic in my book.

Oh I love not white creamy milky colors your dress is beautiful. I love pale pinks, and certain ones looks good on me. I had a few darker cool pink dresses but just purchased at such a great deal Dolce & Gabbana powdery pink dress, it’s maxi it has movement in the bottom, can’t remember what that style called 🤔 but the rest formfitting, and it’s great, but I am not into formfitting dresses anymore. I just tired of those, so of couse having a great alteration lady, with designing mind, it’s a treasure So I decided to make more A line, well not so form fitted, so I got even paler pink chiffon, and we will make flowing inserts on both sides. Love navy , burgundy .and I do love chocolate brown, but I don’t have anything in that color🤔😳 I also think pastel bleu , like Dior spring summer eyeshadows , will be a color, well the quad inspired me, to get something icy bleu 🤪. Red oh no red is always the color. I have many dresses and I will be wearing them. It’s no trend needed color . No one sings “ lady in burgundy” lol so even burgundy is the trend, the red is “that color “ 🙏❤️

All but the butter yellow are my go-to colours so I'm excited that they are on the forefront for this year. I still do wear the pale yellow tones occasionally but they tend to be more flattering in the summer when my skin is darker.

Navy doesn’t look good on everyone. It can be too dark for a lot of people who either need lighter colours or brighter colours.

I have navy pants and an assortment of tops, the pants are dark navy and the tops are navy, not real dark. I wear neutrals that blend w/ skin tone like brown shades and camel, light olive. Warm tones in teal.

I love brown. But I can’t wear it close to my face. So I buy pants in brown and put a tan or off white sweater with them. I don’t look good in pale colors. So m not sure what I will be wearing. I have long grey silver hair, I could wear brown on the bottom, not tops. I could do burgundy, not red! Go figure. Absolutely no neon, I’m 62 😂. The blush pink, could be a maybe, I have two pieces in my closet, that I have yet to wear 😢.

I am a hairstylist and it is so funny when you go silver you are exactly right…colors are key to making that silver hair look great. My sister completely changed her wardrobe…no browns on top or oranges, lots of blues and silvery grey sweaters..even changed her make up. People ask who does her color.

Navy, burgundy, red and barbie pink are good colors on me and are always in my closet. Pale pink and yellow are bad on me. Olive green is not my best. Only yellow I like is the shade of lemon peel, very bright.
