@@SnakeRiverFishing without the wiring kit a thief could just unplug it, with the wiring kit its wired into the car similar to an aftermarket radio so the theft doesn't even realize the vehicle has it. Plus the OBD port is free to use for other things like diagnostics.

just use a smart phone much more reliable. using cellar data and gps for pin point accuracy. just need a power bank connected to the battery

Some pretty bad reviews on this product. There is a monthly fee, which is bogus for something like this. There are better vehicle GPS on the market. Not to mention, you can build your own using a neutrino and a breadboard for about $15 and you won't have any damn monthly fee. From what I can tell, the company that sells this product is not an honest company. I seen reports on Amazon of people canceling their monthly fee, only to end up still getting charged the following month. I wouldn't jump onto this product..
