I have TMJ and went to a TMJ specialist. I grind my teeth as well. Now I have a custom made sleep guard for day and night wear. It cost a lot but it’s so worth it. I grind my teeth and night and when I’m stressed at work. Need any advice or have questions.. let me know. Be blessed!

Target has the lysol to in a 5 pack 😊 just bought it online to put in my purses, just fyi. I gotta check out the Equate wipes. The second time i’m seeing the dude wipes, sounds like a good thing to have in your car or purse
