This would hv been a challenge given the endless array of pots n vessels n contraptions that make up an active Indian kitchen ?! From special purpose ones ( for Idlis /Appams / Tower Steamers / Presure cookers and the likes) to the multipurpose ones.. from the variety of Metalware to Stoneware to Ironware to Glassware n the current fad of the Earthenware to pick from...the array is indeed mind boggling. The Hand-ware is yet another realm...things tht you use with your hands ( spoons..scoops.. tongs..grips..knives..cutters.. cleavers .choppers etc ! ) Scratch on the surface Inds.. but a brave attempt nevertheless !
