So for dynasty and best ball i like to have the handcuffs of my own starters, however in redraft I like to spend late picks on other peoples handcuffs in case their starter goes down in which case I either have a starting rb or huge trade value basically for free.

I understand the concept of the RB handcuff, but never really drafted for it. I take potential injuries into consideration when drafting my backup RB's. It's never really come into play for me.

We’ve reached a time when even RB2s are getting fantasy viable touches, so really it’s about preparing for which handcuffs have stand alone value, which’s ones would be first to step into major roles and which ones mean nothing

Sanders won’t be traded, he would be released. In dynasty you can keep holding for now, but he may not be worth much soon
