no you should run 4 set attack and 2 set crit dmg with basic stat rolls (atk %, def %, hp %)

Farming the useful relics, let alone all relics, for each beast takes long enough for you to be able to start farming the ones you can, and you‘ll most likely have the rest of the characters by the time you farm all the relics you can
