How about google pay/google wallet? Like the one that you tap on the POS machine. Does it work in Japan?

Suica can be added to Google wallet only on android phones with FeliCa compatibility. Android phones sold outside Japan lack this feature

Question regarding the online immigration form and QR code, what if all of my friend's details are registered under my account in my phone? do we scan the QR code using a self check in machine or is there an officer behind a desk?

After completing the application, you'll receive multiple QR codes. One for each member registered under the same application. You can screenshot and send it to your friends. Hope this helps!

The system lets you do it way in advance, but I usually fill it up at the airport before leaving😆

So the bounce app lets you store your bags at other hotels? Am I right in thinking that?

No. There are often at stores. Hotels normally only store for their own guests. Before check in and after check out.

Based on what I’ve seen on the app, there are many types of businesses that partner with bounce to offer luggage storage. Cafes, barber shops, offices, etc
