Great list of pieces that I don't hear mentioned too often, so thank you for sharing. I absolutely love the Scarlatti K380! Ivo Pogorelich's interpretation of this piece gives me chills every time I hear it.

That's a good list for me to work on. I like all the individual pieces but think I'll start with Handel's "Saraband" and move to the faster pieces as I improve. Thanks a lot!

You’re so welcome! That’s a great idea to start with Sarabande. Little Prelude in C Major, Handel Impertinence and Scarlatti Minuet are also pretty easy.
