One thing for certain, the French TD line suffers from low penetration. If you are loading gold, the tanks suffer. Your 'poor' aim around 7:16 was 100% due to the fact that you loaded standard ammo. It's a WG thing at Tier X - unless you play russian tanks.

Finally this thing gets some recognition. This thing pretty much eclipses (lol) the WT E100 as the one-clip kill king. Love parking it at the end of a corridor where you can track an opponent that pokes out too far and then just annihilate them before they can repair.

Great tank to showcase. This is my most fav lvl 9 td. A commander with a sniper build makes it that much more dangerous. After a couple bad games else where, this will always bring back the smile.

foch 155 is really good, it was my second tier 10 td, at that time it was meh, but now it is very good and fun to use. i play with 155mm gun becouse of pen. and 120mm gun has a very good dpm, but not that good pen.

My friend and i turned a corner and were destroyed by the Foch 155 within a few seconds. We were both stunned and thought the Foch player was cheating. That was our 1st meeting with the Foch 155. After checking we realised the player wasn't cheating.

@@CrazyPanda688 strange I see good players doing very well with them quite often. I was just highlighting the clip potential of the tank when we were caught off guard. I personally don't play french tds and haven't gone past tier 8 as the playstyle dosnt particularly interest me. Maybe if the tank has a low wr it's more to do with the players than the tank itself. Just a thought 🤔

The 155mm is better in all way besides accuracy and intraclip-reload, other than that its worse. 155mm: 2550 damage per clip, 295mm pen on stndard ammo 120mm: 2400 damage per clip, better reload and intraclip (dunno how much, same goes for gun handling), 240-260mm standard pen (i think, i havent seen the stats in a while so my memory is rusty). Both guns are good, it just depends on what u prefer to us tbh

The Tier 9 and the tier 8 especially is slept on way too much. They basically perform the same as the Tier 10 in many situations despite being a lower tier. With the right setup, the Tier 8 is on par with the best prems

The hitpoints are garbage though on all of them The tier 8 gets what 1000? That’s the same as the STRV S1, and at least that thing can sit and snipe all game. The French TD’s are supposed to be assault TD’s yet they don’t have the armour to assault because of the giant weak points on all of them as well as lowest in class hitpoints I would buff tier 8 to 1300, tier 9 to 1650 and tier 10 to 2100, because 1850 at tier 10 is pathetic when we have 850 alpha TD’s in the game with 2K+ hitpoints. And considering you have to sit in front if someone for ages to fire off all 3 with the 155 or the 120 is just silly

Not gonna lie, I flat suck with this tank. Too aggressive, it's easily penned by those players that know how to shoot it, and I guess I'm just too stubborn to sit in the back and snipe. I'm "that guy" that will push an advantage. I see us with a 5 to 3 tank advantage, I push hard but find my team will not follow my lead in most games, regardless of class of vehicle. Players are just afraid to take a hit to win the game I guess.

The problem isn’t you it’s the tank It’s meant to be played aggressively but can’t because of garbage weakspots and terrible hitpoints meaning it can’t afford to take many hits anyway. It either needs to have rangefinder and the weird thing next to it buffed to 230mm minimum like on the 268 V4, or just increase the HP to 2100 because as it stands now it’s just bad And it doesn’t have the accuracy to snipe with either gun so you just have this tank that doesn’t know what it wants to be, but occasionally works against idiots

I was on a team lastnight that did one of my biggest pet peeves..they ALL went 1 direction on the map!..😂..I was artillery so I don't need to even say that the 6 tanks on the opposite team lit me up within minutes.

You should have repositioned and went with your team. Don't leave a flank wide open when playing arty, reposition.

Auto aim needs to be removed from the game. I mean lets take mountain pass, I get spotted doing 60kmh per hour and the other guys just shoot while doing 50 or 60 as well and they all pen. The thing is I cannot do this with any tank even if equipped. Maybe it's because RNG will behave like this for non premium players who never paid a dime to play. But can't complain too much...you can pay for free ;)

Auto lock not aim, it just snaps on center mass. They took a chance and hit you, try moving more unpredictable.
