What a floorplan! This checks so many boxes. I love the dinette/breakfast nook/desk area for versatility without having to give up theater seating. Finally, no oven and a giant drawer for pots and pans! I like the distance (away from the camper/not right up agains) slide out with the Blackstone, but it would be nice to just have a large table that slides since people have their own griddles of different shapes and sizes; just a good surface to place theirs on would suffice. LOVE the windows! Especially above the kitchen sink and even on the campside when you exit the bathroom. I could stand with it being a few feet shorter and eliminating the laundry hookups and giant closet in the bedroom. And of course, if you're going to be bringing that much space, there should be an ability to convert the dinette to a bed. I wouldn't be surprised if the table does drop down and the cushions could be placed on top. I'd definitely add a portable fireplace to place under the desk for cozy nights. I hope this floorplan is created by someone who can make it with Azdel walls and metal framing. :) Thanks for a great video as usual, JOSH! You're the best!

Wow, this is a very very nice TT and the price is excellent. Kitchen, living, dinning and camp side windows are great. Three AC's yes as we like it cold, leave the dinette, forget the oven they are useless. No way half ton, 3/4 for sure. I love this.

This woulld make a great fulltime RV in a permanent spot that's somwehwat climate friendly at a really good price. I'd do the hide a bed sofa, more people than they would care to admit eat their meals on the sofa in front of the tv, myself included. Power recliners are a huge plus to us older folks with bad knees.

It's an amazing floor plan overall, and I agree that may be the best bedroom I have ever seen on a non 5th wheel travel trailer. The only thing I would change in the bedroom would be to add 120v outlets along with the usb plugs for things like an alarm clock or cpap machine. The kitchen and living space is very well laid out. I think I would go with the breakfast nook instead of a hide a bed option, especially with that multifunction bench that can be used at the table for playing cards.

Great review. If they're going to skip a conventional oven, then I wish they had put the microwave under the cooktop and used short upper cabinets to allow a larger window on the rear. Love the flexible seating of the dining area and desk/ottoman. It would be nice if it had auto leveling. I would seriously consider this with a few customizations.

I'm not a fan of those overhead microwaves either. I'm a shorty and suffered some serious burns from ours in our camper. Other than missing my traditional oven this is pretty near perfect!

I get really mixed feedback on that. I’m with you and that I do prefer the microwave under the stove. But there are so many people who absolutely do not like that location. RV design is tricky like that.

They did a nice job on the inside, lots of storage. I like the L-shaped dinette, no sleeper sofa gives you an out for no overnight guests. Though a recliner can serve as a sleeping space. Too much for me, but if I were helping someone looking for these amenities, I'd point them toward this one. Glad I'm watching this at home because I giggle-loud-at the lollipop guild routine.

I think the dinette is cool you could remove the stock cushions and add some nice thick upholstered ones that are comfortable but i wish they would make it be able to turn into a small bed could see laying there on movie night instead of having to open the pull out. Also while in transit you cant use the pull out sofa where as the dinett you should be able to.

THIS ticks ALL the boxes for me as far as liveability. Towing would be a bit iffy with my Toyota Corolla buuuut...😂 I could rent/borrow a truck if it needed towing someplace else. This is DEFINITELY in my "RVs I LOVE" folder. As to the dinette, love it. The movable bench A+. The big hole is for my fireplace! And, lastly, CLOSETS, 2 of them!!! 😮🎉👍😘😎😁 WooHoo!💯💯💯

Off topic, but it would be nice if the entire rv industry would provide larger space for griddles. I have a 22” Blackstone, but all rvs just come with single burner size griddles with no way to upsize because they only make the space for single burners.

Well, that "desk" could be a desk, a space for my jigsaw, or a breakfast bar. Realistically, that booth table is only big enough for two plates. Also, some cooks with bad backs or knees like to sit down while peeling potatoes, etc. Yeah, I’m all about that bar. Also, like the French door fridge.

it is a nice layout, there is another one that has similar layout in TT but no pass thru storage.....cant remember if its rockwood or boutique brand....unfortunately this is just too big I have a new 3/4 ton diesel with a 5th wheel pkg but Jeez 36 ft plus my truck I would be well over 55ft....not easy to navigate....plus I dont see many of these for sale and definetly not discounted to the tune of the more volume models most RV floorplans I dont like.....the bedroom needs a slide 100% to make it livable

I don't know if I'll ever be able to pick a new sled with you presenting new, "added to my list," almost every week. The layout is just fantastic, versatile, and almost as pretty as me. I do wonder if the cannisters on the starboard/stern of kitchen counters, might be available in B.E.E.R. instead of Milk (yuk). Question for ya. I do on occasion cheat and watch other presenters, I have heard a few mention that you shouldn't walk on the lip of the slide in (the surf boarding piece that goes over the permanent flooring.) while it's in the retracted position. I do occasionally look at used and maybe this is no longer the case? Since I don't find them to be nearly as astute, or learned as yours truly, I can't buy in without your blessing.

Yes, need a bigger truck - or a dinosaur to pull it. I'm a broken record on this, but I despise leather/pleather seating. I'm not sure how I feel about the breakfast nook, as that would be our dinner table, card playing place. It doesn't look fluffy friendly. I do like the retractable shower door. Would rather have pull out drawers under the bed vs. having to lift a big residential king mattress.

May I ask why you feel that way? There are plenty of axles far more than capable of handling the weight of this at this size. Is it more about towing control with the third axle for something that length?

@ stability of the trailer while towing, this includes the trailer jogging side to side in the lane of travel especially if someone is trying to pull this with a loaded down suburban. i’ve driven over a million miles in a semi, i’ve seen too many crashes from these tandem axle 33’+ trailers.

I would put the TV on that table I absolutely hate tv up that high it's super annoying I am ole school type of guy who use too the tv be on a tv stand so I would rip that tv shelf thingy off the wall and put the TV on that tv stand where it belongs not at the wall way up high in my opinion, I love the L shape kitchens so much counter space for toaster and coffee makers mind you I hate kitchens being in a camper I rather have them out of the camper but too each to your own . I also hate the fake leather sofas I miss the fabric couches there so much warmer then seating a dentist feeling couch chair. Over great trailer
