I love the architecture of the home, no upgrades. I believe the asking price is a bit overpriced due to the fact the home hasn't been upgraded. It would take a substantial amount of money to upgrade. I say at least over 100,0000. Painting, remodeled staircase, lighting for the entire home, flooring, remodeling of kitchen, and more.

Beautiful home every angle .Front yard, backyard and basement. No complaints and asking price is amazing, unbelievable . This masterpiece would be about 2 million here in California , as is without upgrades which is a matter of opinion and preferences. I would add fig tree and pool with waterfall in backyard. Sooo looking forward to relocating to Georgia. This home is soo huge. During my struggle to obtain my education ( thank god almighty, I made it eventually 😅) I lived in small spaces, so now I am progressing on too a huge space. This home is being saved to email for future reference . I have a question? Is Covington a middle to upper class neighborhood? Not familiar with areas of Georgia. Looking for neighborhood where the median income is above 100K. As mentioned, I have worked hard not to live in wild neighborhood anymore, although this area looks nice , how is the surroundings environment?

Screaming at the Carpet😂 the primary room bathroom was not for me the tub outdated and shower. Basement was nice but I can see alot of changes to up grade it more but I get it 2007 the style of homes has changed drastically

Huge home - has the potential to be a “forever home” type of dream home. It just doesn’t show well, and shows clear signs that it wasn’t well cared for, including what appears to be original paint throughout the upstairs and exterior, MANY visible blemishes and flaws on the interior, horrific carpet, cheap window treatments and finishes, and lack of market prep for sale. All that plus VERY poorly maintained landscaping screams “CHEAP previous owners!!” J However this is all cosmetic and an $80k-$100k investment would truly make this a forever home.
