This builder did great! 👏 👏..Ive seen builders/sellers trying to sell homes for over a million and every closet have wire hangers, closet small, unfinished basement or no basement, no swimming pool and carpet flooring everywhere and cheap cabinets and finishes. Unfortunately some people are dumb enough to buy it.

This house is stunning from the time you walk in it breathtaking. The kitchen is to die for love love love it. The pantry is huge and you have so much storage. I love the backyard it huge, in ground pool and spa love it. The patio space is great. The master suite on the main level is great, the closet is so big and I love it, the soaking tub and the shower 2 water closets. The upper level the master suite, on the 2nd level is awesome, the size of it is perfect. The size of master suite omg love it love it love it, and the closet as well 2 water closets. The bedrooms are spacious the walk in closet are huge, en suite are stunning. The lower level is awesome so many, different rooms you can utilize.

Absolutely stunning home only detail I would have to repaint the master bed room and bathroom white again. In a master it is always better to use white then if the client chooses color fine I couldn’t stand all that gray. A master is so elegant with white walls than use pops of color as assents. I love pops of gray like the cabinets, doors but who ever did that went gray overload totally took over the room to overbearing.

After going to all the trouble planning a home like this they could have spend another day to spruce up the exterior. This is as thrown together, listless and unimaginative as it gets. The line up of tiny narrow windows is pathetic. Looks like done by a kid who was forced to work on it but desperately wanted to go swimming instead
