Too modern for my liking. I like something with character, like farmhouse or cottage style, even some traditional touches. I like crown molding and some feature walls with some color.

Why did you advertise an elevator in the description but didn’t show it? The home has a unique flow that actually works for me. However, some may find it strange to not have one bedroom on the main level. Such a floor plan would not work for a lot of people without the elevator. I’m not crazy about the kitchen and bathroom cabinet choices. Something with a sleeker look or even a mix of different colors for upper and lower kitchen cabinets would have been better. Other than not showing the kitchen pantry you did a good job with the video and tour.

Although he didnt open it, I saw it on the left side of the entry way a little pass the powder room. Toll Brothers usually bore me, but I’m really liking this floor plan. Thumbs up TB😊
