Hey Guys..Greetings from Las Vegas.. I've been following you all and enjoying all of your videos ever since you changed over to the BIG RIG.. Thanks for all you guys do for the community and taking us along on your trips!.. I recently bought a Big Rig..it's an older tractor/ trailer set up..but because I'm on a fixed budget and retired, I'm unable to pay others to build my setup, besides, I can do all the necessary modifications myself.. I'm building a totally self sufficient, livable, 48 ft trailer with its matching WhiteGMC Tractor..two generators, solar, and an observation deck on top..and, because I'm a weldor, a workshop in the rear.. Anyway.. I really appreciate all your very informative videos, they have helped me in my personal build... Keep up he good work, and Stay Safe..hopefully we'll meet each other someday..Take care guys!

With all the advancements we have, we cannot compete with the architecture and design of that time. These homes have lasted the test of time and seen many years of life. Beautiful!

Very cool seeing those mansions! Now seeing those stair cases, wow, so i imagined this be your house n Todd running down the stairs to the entrance door n then says "oh 💩! forgot my adventure hat hanging in the closet", so back up the stairs he goes, then back down, n sheila turns to him n says "where's your gear?", todd says "must have left it on the bed!", so back up he goes again then back down n todd says while gasping for air "ok i think i got everything now!". Sheila, u smile at him and say "great! Cause i got an awesome hike picked out for today!! 🤣. 🍻

That was a fun tour. I loved seeing the Rose Cliff where parts of The Great Gatsby were filmed. I remembered the scenes! Loved that movie. When I saw the Biltmore in Ashville, my first thought was "oh he tried to build a mini Chambord" because the exterior with the sweeping views is very similar. Sheila, you would love to visit the chateaux in the Loire Valley, France.

I recently found your channel and I enjoy your content and both of your personalities so no need to hide behind the camera… IMHO. I was taken to the mansions as a kid many times and always looked forward to it. I still love architecture so I took my kids to see the Biltmore bc we moved to NC. Thank for sharing your travels❣️

I agree with Todd… the Biltmore is way better than any of the mansions in RI

Have to agree with my boy Todd. although spectacular, I dont think that 2nd mansion is moat-worthy, and what's a mansion without a moat. Great video. Thanks for bringing us along.

I was at Newport last month. We did the tour of Breakers and the elephant walk art installation. By the way it was listed as going to NYC after it left RI. What RV park did you use? It looks like you are headed south on 138 across the Jamestown Verrazzano Bridge/Claiborne Pell/Newport Bridge to North Kingstown. When the mansions are south in Newport. Just down the road is anouther intersting historical place. The Gilbert Stuart Birthplace & Museum.

Yes. “Just look at that view!” But you don’t get around to showing it while you keep talking at the camera. Yes, show more of what you talk about.

Don't want any of them. If had sticks and bricks, be something simple on land outside town.
