Another nice video. We will be on the Breakaway in a few months in the Haven. We really enjoyed the Escape, but this will be our first time on the Breakaway. Although we have been sailing on NCL since '97, and consider ourselves seasoned cruisers, I always check out your videos pre cruise. Lot's of great tips, and information.

Lol. "Kid soup!" When we were on the Breakaway, American diner was not included and we never ever looked at it. Imagine getting on a cruise ship, basically surrounded by all the included food you can eat, and then paying an upcharge for a hot dog. Not a chance. If you are into hot dogs and hamburgers, go to O'Sheehan's. Your viewers should know that Cigars are not allowed in the regular smoking areas and cigarettes are not allowed in the cigar lounge. When the weather is foul, the cigarette smokers try to push their way into the cigar lounge and get tossed by staff and patrons alike. I understand the early risers. I did the 5:30am army time for nearly 40 years. Now I sleep in until 7:30am on vacation. Bliss is a quiet escape during the day, if you need some down time but don't want to stop drinking.

The main pool is way too small, with not many lounge chairs around it. On sea days it was way too busy. There's not a lot to do after dinner unless you like corny games around the atrium area. The best place on the ship is around the whiskey bar and outside bar in that area. Was not a big fan of the ship, but I did enjoy the cruise because of the people we were with. 2 to 3 times year cruiser.

For anyone and everyone that cruised this ship. What were your experiences, takeaways and recommendations you wouldn’t mind sharing? We’re shipping out on the 23rd of this month. So please chime in. They were nice. They were good for solo cruisers. But I don't like outside deck and small swimming pool. No inside pool. Also I don't like big screen in stern and block viewing of sea. I would go on Alaska or New England/ Canada cruising with Princess ship next time. They have indoor pool and plenty of observation deck and lounge. I don't need amusement stuff on top deck. Also adult pool or hot tub are $99.00 per day on NCL. It was not worth.

According to NCL website the fare you pay includes use of pools and hot tubs.

@@robertperry2285 Only regular swimming pool and kid pool and 3 hot tubs are free.. 4,000 passengers shares with them. No indoor pool for them. They have indoor pool and hot tubs for Haven suite guest only. Also they have more hot tubs at Viva Beach Deck (adult sun deck) for $99.00. They are free to Haven guests. I heard that some passengers were complain that pool and hot tubs were crowds. They can't go swimming on their Alaska cruise.

Don’t waste your money. Gratuities increased and food and services have drastically decreased. American diner was terrible. I could go on and on. Just got off this ship a week ago. Try and get into a show is virtually impossible unless you think standing on a line for 2 hrs is acceptable. Toilets we’re constantly shut down for hours due to clogs. I would consider myself to be cruise savvy, so I know what I’m talking about.
