I have a 1995 penny that has a raised chip between the 2 9s. It looks like 19.95. I call it the $19.95 penny but my camera on my phone sucks and my scanner sucks so, it's just sitting there. Can't do a thing but hold onto it.

This report should be called "coins you will never find except at an auction". Almost all of these sold for stupid money too. Kind of like watching the Oscars where actors self fellate in their own art.

To have high value they must have been gotten from the bank new in 1946 and put into storage, the surface must be untouched by fingers. To get the highest amount it must be the best one picked out of a hundred other such pennies.
