Norma, that 1st Food Truck (Custom Pizza Truck) offers a quality pizza. My guess is that the dough was made by using the "Poolish" or "Biga" method? This is why the crust was so soft, and crunchy at the same time. That pizza looks far better than any other Las Vegas Pizza you have featured in the past. It seams to be hard to find good pizza in Las Vegas. Okay, the Detroit Style Pizza is looking very good too! By the way, that cheesy crust around the edges on the Detroit style pizza is called "Frico". Food Trucks really do seam to care about the quality of their food. This is so nice to see! Norma, I'm surprised that you can't handle the salsa heat. I thought that you would have been more of a spicy gal?
