Its a good idea but why not set up a fresh horizontal rubbing post by your mock scrape. They do both around scrapes. They make licking limbs and rubs. Horizontal rubbing posta work man!

I like hanging vines but will put them on a tree all ready growing also don't build ponds for deer just use cattle water tanks 300 gallons so it doesn't get ehd

I live in Virginia I never in my life had to use nothing to kill a deer I've killed big bucks I learned how to look were the deer scrap trees an they love we're creeks y off an cow pastor an shit like that now I can't say it want work but I have killed big big bucks with nothing like that can't wait to see you hunting
