Why do you feel the need to watch ethnic dishes and criticize them? There’s nothing raw or uncooked about these beautiful meals. Sure, the vegetables are fresh, but the protein is definitely cooked. It’s frustrating when you don’t take the time to understand the authenticity and richness of these dishes.
