Sir landuse change ka batay. As 143 is not accepted by MDDA. Agri land me agar apna cottage ya chotta resort banana ho ya kuch aur. Mazuda land Jo farmhouse ke defination 4000 sqmtrs se kam ho. mdda ke sachivalaya me board meeting ke through hota hai. But fraud bhi kafi hai isme. Housing project ke alawa ek do bigha ke Choti land me muskil hota hai. Aur time ka pata nahi. And expense uppar ka kafi hai.. pls suggest ?

NOW HOW it will be checked which particular portion or piece of 100 sq yard land the particular buyer will own..if the plotting map is registered to identify..as lot of fraud happen by showing some good land to buyer but in actual the piece of particular land is at other place...jai badri kedar..thank u

Sir Agreement kiya hua land le sakte hai . Ex - A is land lord and B is Agreement holder can i bye land from B(agreement holder).please suggest sir as soon as possible

No, the Agreement holder has validity till the validity period. You have to buy land only from owner not from agreement holder, else be ready to go through frauds and cases

abi ye agricultural land hi h. aur jiske naam plot h iska naam dhakhila kharij me nahi h... dealer keh ra tha ki registry ho gyi h.. dakhila kharij me naam likhwane me time lgta h... property ki reagistry abi 5-6 mahine phlr hi hui h.. aur owner ne land ka naksha pass krwake gated society me plots kaat diye hain

Agar aap plot bhejke house lete ho same financial year mein, toh aapko tax nhi dena padega. Aur agar aapne plot bechke plot kharidna hain toh property gain tax lagega.
