I didn't have this bag available when I was boxing but I've fooled around with it nowdays at the gym and I wish I did, I think it would have really helped my timing. One thing to be sure if anyone tried it is be sure you're wrapped up good and you're using gloves or don't hit it like this. I agree Alpha Bravo, its one reason he keeps getting better is that he works on getting better. I like Ruiz as a person but to me there's no excuse for him coming in the shape he was.

I just think the only thing that let's canelo down is he sometimes isn't as active in a fight. For example both ggg fights, he clearly is the better boxer of the two, but I just think ggg being so much more active than canelo made him win a lot of rounds (although I had canelo winning the second fight and wasn't too fazed about the draw).

Fight very square allows him to punch from a very familiar angle while using and throwing his right a little more towards a jab.
