Most brass but not to the same extent. If you wanted me to sound any decent at cornet I would need at least few hours to adjust :)

Matonizz same here, most skilled brass players can switch between them but it still takes a lot of time to adjust and learn the technical skill. I am a trombone player switching to tuba this year after about 6 years of trombone. I picked it up quick but I’m not the best yet

This quarantine been great on my health I haven't had any issues breathing. So my doctor and I think it might be my working environment. Yes I been in situations that had to push through some issues I had rotator cuff issues and had to play in a Band

He was probably wiping the spit from his mouth because while we play, our mouthpieces tend to fill with spit and typically before a part where we have enough time and know from past experience that during our next part will make it more difficult to play because our mouth is sliding on the mouthpiece. Sorry that this is so gross but its the reality...

We had our music festival cancelled last week. Lots of tears. You all work so hard and us teachers feel so bad when it gets taken away. I feel for all of you out there!!

@@gpops8382 I totally get it! The only thing that comes close to this was when I got strep throat one year. I took 10 days off from practicing, did the antibiotics, picked up my flute again caught strep again 2 days before a recital. Forgot to disinfect the flute. 8 months of prepping...down the drain. Needless to say in my classroom now, we disinfect EVERYTHING! Especially now...hang in there. We'll get through it!
