After many hours of research, I have learned that as soon as I need to protect myself with a firearm here in Central New York my butt will be essentially hanging out in the breeze for the prosecutors to preverbially kick... Actually, a concealed carry permit is an INFRINGEMENT of our God given, Constitution "protected" right to keep and bear arms. I won't be satisfied until every gun "law" is stricken from the books, because they are all unlawful. Also I would like someone to tell me where, in the Constitution, it gives the government the power to PERMIT the people to do anything. It's supposed to be the other way around, back when this was a free country the people didn't need permits for anything, but the government needed permits from the people to do anything.
