Confused at why you have “Econ” mode on, like the standard Honda eco mode. Isn’t that impacting or is the pedal commander bypassing the cars eco mode? I see the green leaf on.

I have one of these cars. Eco mode dumbs down your throttle response and lowers the power of the air conditioning system. Turn it off for better performance.

Should turn off eco mode on the car and do sports mode. Eco mode on the car will also mess with it and not allow it to have full power

Does this eliminate that "lag" feeling ? Know how you floor it then it takes a few seconds for the car to respond ? Can it fix that? I want my car to respond when I push the pedal, not 2 seconds after I push the pedal.

Definitely eliminates the lag. I no exactly what you mean. When took to my shop to get some after market parts. I had it in sport +4 and he got in to put it on the lift and was all trying to be smooth with it but couldn’t cause it’s so touchy and as soon as u hit the gas it responds very well. Lots of fun. Got a new challenger and got one on it as well.

I've got a 2012 Honda crosstour V6 3.5. Sounds like I'll be getting one soon! I have the need for speed! V rated tires and man it has 455 gears in front and rear axle. Its a dog out of the hole, but once at speed, you can't touch this ! Gotta try it out, pedal commander!

Sworks so the car it’s self has a eco mode and then there is a separate eco on the pedal commander while the car was in eco I was going through the different settings but note it still still make a major difference but when turning off the eco on the Honda it give it even better response.

Cedric Miller the thing is it get you up to your speed quick keeping the rpms high activates the Vtec in the higher rpms. But I noticed while yes I’m pulling on them or keeping up they do get me in the longer runs when my car is tapping out there’s keeps going. It’s a work in progress but we are getting there. Turbo kit coming soon stay tuned

Martin basha you can really feel the difference no BS and no there not making me say anything. Now that is a great question because I was wondering that my self being the next step I’d like to take for my Build is adding the k tuner. Unfortunately I do not have the answer for you but as soon as I do install the ktuner I’ll let you know how the 2 act together on the car

Martin basha no engine light when adding the intake. All the lights came up on the dash but when away 5 mins into driving. Computer had to reset and reconfigured with the aem intake add some nice noise to it too

Didn’t realize eco mod was on. Even thought it was on it still made a difference In Throttle response doing it’s job but when going to sport there was a more noticeable response. Eco mode or sport the pedal commander works and does it job.

I'm afraid to break the cvt and put more stress on the CVT since the whole program is designed to "trick" the computer into thinking that we are flooring it even though we are just doing a half throttle

Not necessarily. You aren’t gunning it. It’s remapping the ECU throttle response in each mode and making the pedal response more sensitive. It’s not doing any damage to your transmission as you aren’t gunning it and going to 7k RPMs every time. You’ll be fine.

Yes absolutely this pedal commander connects to any car. The pedal commander has different modes eco, city, sport, sport +. So if you use it in sport mode on your car and sport on the commander it should be very touchy and delete any lag in throttle response

Yes I had both already installed for video. Safe to use! I had AEM intake, pedal commander/ Catless downpipe after video was uploaded

So there should be no engine light from the pedal commander at all! Now for intake you have to make sure the intake you ordered had all the correct 02 sensors and MAF sensor which if a good brand (not a cheap eBay one) they will automatically com with the right parts and should not experience any engine light with either pedal commander or intake
