And of all of your laws that are different to ours & that confuse the Hell out of me, the two that blow me away the most are that 1) 33 of your 50 states still haven't made the wearing of helmets while riding motorcycles upon public roads compulsory (as a near-lifelong supersports/race replica motorcycle rider, I've first-hand seen them save countless lives - but then again, the 3rd party insurance component of our annual motorcycle registration fee covers the financial cost of any injuries sustained in an accident while riding - re: surgery & other hospital costs, rehabilitation & lost wages, etc but I've no idea about how that works in the US?) & b) voting isn't compulsory in the US, as it is down here in Oz (we receive a financial fine if we don't vote & I 100% agree with this law), in order to ensure that the ENTIRE country has 'spoken' re: their preferred government/leader...otherwise, you may just end up with the government/leader that's preferred by the biggest lunatics (eg those that suffer from TDS - Trump Derangement Syndrome) & I fear that the vat majority of sane Americans are FAR too chilled out &/or lacking in sufficient amounts of passion to be motivated to GO OUT & VOTE!! So a juror could literally say "well, I think he knew the payment to Cohen was for the NDA", for which there was no evidence of, but they couldn't be criticized for that because that was the instructions Merchan gave them.
