Just dudes whose career is over for whatever reasons, aged out, didn't make the pros, made the pros but maybe had a short career, H.S. stars that didn't go to college, dudes that maybe played in H.S. or didn't play and never saw the next level. College grads that just love football. I've seen doctors un these leagues. The team where I'm from played against Rock Preston a former Florida State running back. I forget his name but the Arizona Cardinals found a Defensive Tackle in one of these leagues and he wound up being an all pro. It may look funny seeing dudes past their playing weight and looking a bit unorganized but believe me, crazy talent can be found on these fields.
