In the opening he calls these charges "very serious". The problem is they were also false charges creating what we called "lawfare". They were false to any American who understands the Constitution and the rules around federal and state elections. If he's actually innocent, then why are his only defenses things like "i need immunity" and "this is a witch hunt". He never has any other defense than those things. Innocent people can argue the evidence brought against them. If a person is charged with murder with evidence to prove the fact and has no alibi, no counter theory to the events presented as fact, and allow the facts presented against them to stand untested while only proclaiming "this isn't fair, this is a witch hunt". That person will be found guilty. Our justice system has worked that way for 250 years. It's not changing for Donnie boy. Go ahead, vote for the guy.
