Where are the drug dealers to actually provide an on the ground , realistic , on the street presentation of the reality drugs and drug availability in the United States . For all the blather , the illegal drug market has only gotten worse in my lifetime . They can be found in any town in the United States , large or small . I woke up to screaming in the living room at 1am to the sight of paramedics in our house and my brother dead on the living room floor, I had to sit through all the crying and calls having to tell family members what had happened, I will never forget the shriek of pain from my loving grandma after hearing what happened. My brother died in 2018 at 19yo from a THC pill laced with fentanyl.

Here is the scariest thing: MOST first responders "automatically assume" that you are a drug addict and that you have overdosed! My cousin had worked so many hours for so many days in a row that she became physically and mentally exhausted. She ended up passing out while driving home from work and her car went off the road. Thank God she was driving slowly and her car stopped in a ditch line. When she came to, EMS was screaming, "What are you on!" She told me there were 5 or 6 needles lying around her where they were treating her as if she was a junkie. 👀
