Some of the Main Supermarket in Ireland are not doing financial section themselves. ( given contract for other financial companies including indian ). So vacancies are their in ireland. After doing one year course in Ireland, a person who has more knowledge, experience, Brilliance, Language & luck, will get critical skill work permit easily.Others should get permit with in 2 years.
