Hi mam my baby is 1 month old now he doesn't react or startle to big sounds like crackers, vessels falling but give responses to soft sounds like droping a pin, paper crumbling, plastic cover scratch sound. I have doubt about does he hearing sounds. He doesn't move his head when I call him by name Or any other sounds. Do I need to take the OAE test for my baby
