This video is very well made. One more thing: as an employer, I can't stand someone thinking of themselves as a "genius." People try to boast too much in their CV which goes against them. They think they're being creative but they're really not. So in your CV, only focus on why you're a good fit for your position. There's no need to talk about how you could help the company move into a new industry or disrupt a new market. If you're a professional with the experience to back it up, it makes sense, but if you haven't done it before, don't suggest it to a new employer without having done a detailed feasibility analysis and a validated plan.

Cover letter means your key skills while in resume you are pointing out all the experience in a summarize form.

Sir there are lot of professionals who tend to get demotivated after so many interview rejections and they find it difficult to concentrate. Please make a video addressing that issue.
