Till besisahar it’s fine but idk the exact road condition beyond that. But it should be fine till 17th October, and it’s the best time to visit Manang. All the best for your upcoming trip brother 👍

Idk what is acap and tims but you need to get bansar from Kakrivitta immigration office and permit to enter Manang from besisahar. You don’t need to go both Kathmandu and pokhara. Besisahar office will be open.
