Honestly think the active exhaust have a problem with the actuators going bad or blowing themselves out due to exhaust volume or pressure. I have a 19 mustang manual and one day after work I started my car and I got the same no exhaust modes are available message. The car went into limp mode check engine light came on and it disabled all the track app features so no rev match no hill start assist etc and the car wouldn’t idle. After I started it and I could barely move it without it stalling out. Called a tow truck then after waiting 30 mins for a truck I decided to start the car again and guess what all the issues went away.Long story shorter the ford dealer had my car for 3 weeks close to a month. They replaced my throttle body because they say my car had multiple misfires and actuators for the active exhaust ,my exhaust is 100% stock no resonator delete or anything and to me it sounds like you had the same exhaust issue with your corsa exhaust even if it is after market I could be wrong though. I haven’t had any issues since but this was the 2nd time I had brought my car in because it was acting strange. First time my rev match would tell me it was active but it wasn’t and I nearly got rear ended downshifting because the car jerked and got upset.
