I don’t know where this is as far as sea level. But my 09 R/T Challenger 5.7 with manual 6-speed and 3:92 rear gears. Ran a 13.4 @ 106 at Z-Max in Charlotte NC. That was the best time I ran that day. I thought it was OK for a stock Challenger. Today I still have this car. It has 209000 miles with the original clutch and the engine has never been into. Runs great. But it does release near the top of the pedal.

That’s wild, considering my 230,000 mile 350z de, has out accelerated any stock 5.7 mopar it has faced off against.

@ take it to the strip. If you can beat 13.4 @ 106. Then you got me. Well at least at that time. It has mods done to it now. Diablo tune and muffler delete and air hammer intake. Nothing done to the engine internally.

@@MigBlackmond Re-watch the video. The Mustang had a slow reaction time, but still had a better ET than the Challenger.

@@Smasher-Devourerthe mustang was faster and ran a quicker time than the Challenger, but the Challenger still got the win light over the mustang. Challenger crossed the line first is all that matters in this race. I been drag racing over 30 yrs I have seen these types of races at least a dozen times.
