Have u tried putting the back panels from an s550 or complete dash and center console?

No I haven't. Didn't have any of that. Just the seats.

Did you trim foam from the seating section?

Yes the part where it meets the backing. Plastic and foam. I think I just folded the extra material under.

@@AfterHoursProjects oh ok cool im doing mine at the moment but for a 94 convertible. What did you install for front seats. This leather is not a real black more like a charcoal color.
