Being back in Georgia we get settled and start exploring all the options of living tiny and continuing a simple and sustainable life. Our number one goal is to always live smart, sustainable, and simple. We have found it works best for our joy. We take a look at the Mustad Seed tiny home builders in Georgia and visit them at the tiny home expo this year and then a week later meet the builders and tour homes at thier facility.

Bryce who is the host of Living Big in a Tiny House (Channel) would be another good person to investigate. He divides his time between traveling across the US, part of the time and then in Australia and New Zealand the rest of the time. At the tail end of your video where you had gone to the Mustard Seed factory, you said all the tiny home builders all buy their trailers (or was it framed shell) from the same vendor?

from 100 sq ft to 400 sq ft.!!!! A mansion upgrade!!!!!!!! Keep in mind, the younger the child, the more you'll need a bath tub!!! Oh, and I found out what those "boat cleat" type things are on the side of your truck bed. Lockable Box Link Tie downs. Found them on amazon and got them. They'll help keep my generator locked in the bed.

So it sounds like the word you are saying is “shells”: You said you found out all the builders buy their “shells” from the same supplier in Alabama . That’s incorrect. I live clear out in Idaho and yet I know there are quality builders who buy the trailers, in different sizes, depending on the size and style of homes they will be building for clients at that point in time.

Have you two considered Incredible Tiny Homes? They are in Tennessee but they do deliver. They have tiny homes in all price ranges.. I have not been paid to say this to you. I’ve just watched a number of their videos and recommend you check them out.

Not to rain on your parade but I have heard a lot of negative things about Incredible Tiny Homes (as well as good things) but I think that comes with every tiny house builder. Just something to think about!
