Mustique - The Surprise Birthday Trip

As some of you may know, I turn 40 today actually (Nov 3rd) and my beautiful wife Hannah Bronfman planned a crazy, absolutely crazy actually, 40th bday weekend with some of my closest friends. I had no idea anyone was coming or what were were doing, but it all unfolded in the best possible way and we were off to St. Lucia....or so I thought. But then we caught a hopper to Mustique, which is one of the chillest, lush, most beautiful islands I've ever been to.
Great people, the love of my life, good health and a stunning island and some boats.....for me that checks all the boxes.
Can't thank you enough Hans for this one. Watch out for your 40th! I have some time but it's gonna be a crazy one....!
And thank all of you for watching. Hoping to keep you entertained throughout the next decade and I'm sure lots of crazy sh*t to come during that time. Appreciate every one of you.

I’m so happy to see that you enjoyed one of our many islands and keys of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, it is such a beautiful place. Hopefully you come back another time to explore the main land and the other islands and keys. There is so much waterfalls, rivers and nature trails to explore on the main land and let’s not forget about our Volcano, La Soufriere. Island life is the best life 😂 I just love my country. Fun fact, Mustique island is called land of the riches because this is where a lot of celebrities go to get away and relax.

I love it when couples surprise EACH OTHER. Some women always think it should just be them getting surprised by their men. But us women should show our love too. hi Talia. I had the same problem . proverbs 18:21 " The power of life and death is in your mouth " which meant I had to stop saying I have " heart issues " . I started saying " my heart is healthy " despite how I felt.... speak what you want to experience , talk to your heart and everything else you'd like to change. it works ..... thanks

Hi! I haven't made it through the entire vlog yet so I'm not sure exactly what Brendan says about his heart issues, but I just wanted to ask that you both keep your diet in mind. If you have time, do some research on plant-based diets and how they can potentially reverse heart problems/heart disease altogether. Please consider watching Forks Over Knives and reading How Not To Die by Dr. Michael Greger. Both of those include a lot of life-changing information. Nutritionfacts.org is also a really good website to visit. I really hope this helps!

Love your attitude on Birthdays. I feel the same way. I was born legally blind with multiple other disabilities and was only given three weeks to live at birth. I am 38 and a half now as of next month. I am blessed every day to wake up. It's like opening a gift on Christmas but it's every day. Every Birthday is a milestone for me and 40 is gigantic!
