Is this a good meter? It looks like the meter didn’t match the readout of the load???

I haven't tested further, but I believe that the load module readings are not accurate. However, I do not recommend this meter as you can find better for the money.

I have a HP EliteDisplay E243d monitor that delivers up to 65W via its USB-C port (PD). I can charge all my devices on that port (laptops, smartphones, powerbanks etc.), but if I connect the UD24 by its "Type-C Input" port, the UD24 does not turn on. If I connect the UD24 to other USB-chargers or my PC, it turns on. Is it defect?
